Frequently asked questions

Glecom does not deliver a TV service, but recommends apartment owners to use a media player, such as Apple TV or Google TV, and order TV services directly from the TV providers.
For residents who have access to the YourBlock app, the password for your Wi-Fi is changed in the app under "Broadband" in the menu.
